We prepare, coordinate and accompany the process with the competent Cuban institutions and authorized professionals. Cuba Property Solutions does not approve companies, issue licences, perform notarial acts or make government decisions.
It cannot be assumed that every foreign national may freely own or control a Cuban private company. Eligibility depends on residency, nationality, the investment structure and the applicable law at the time of the project. We assess the profile first and then propose a route.
